How it works

STEP 1

Look through your wardrobe and see what clothes you have that could use a new home and pack them in a bin bag(s).

STEP 2

Book an appointment online with our submit form and choose a day. You can also book collection by phone or our app.

 

STEP 3

We will arrive to collect your bag(s) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please leave the bag(s) outside before 9:00 am where our driver can easily see them from the road. If you prefer to keep them indoors due to bad weather or any other reason, that is perfectly fine—just make sure you are home to hand them over to us during that time.

 

STEP 4

Sit back and relax and we will come to collect your bags.
